Responsibilities

• Oversees execution of work to support IT leadership and enterprise goals.
• Owns understanding of upcoming EHR road map features and vets with leadership.
• Oversees implementation of EHR applications and related solutions to fulfill business needs.
• Ensures excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs; promotes continuous improvement.
• Manages resource allocation within the org chart and coordinates with other EHR leaders.
• Directly supports EHR projects, day-to-day operations and break-fix issues across BILH.
• Ensures department functions comply with professional standards and regulations.
• Oversees HR aspects: recruitment, reviews, and performance management.
• Participates in hospital planning and policy-making committees; aligns EHR with policies.
• Has authority to direct hires, terminations and performance reviews.
