Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT field.
• 5 years’ IT project management or infrastructure oversight experience.
• 1 year coordinating large healthcare IT projects.
• 1 year Epic or enterprise EHR implementation experience.
• 1 year technical leadership in EHR platforms.
• 1 year working with vendors or MSPs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical aspects of the Epic program, including hardware, technical processes, integrations, architecture decisions, and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to the Executive Director – Epic Program and executive leadership.
• Lead technical planning for Epic implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Own migration planning and execution for environments, data, and integrations as required.
• Coordinate testing cycles, including technical validation, performance testing, and integration testing.
