Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the setup and ongoing administration of the Epic transition program for JPA entities. You will help establish software contracts, coordinate billing, and ensure a solid financial framework for implementation and steady-state support.

The role requires seasoned project management skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree plus three years in accounting/finance management, contract management, or SOW development.
• Requires effective communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles and ability to assess IT needs.
• Experience with Epic and third-party vendors is preferred.
• Strong writing and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports setup and ongoing administration of the program structure for JPA entities transitioning to Epic.
• Manages projects of diverse scope, size, impact, and budget with a project team.
• Applies seasoned PM methods to resolve issues and plan contingencies.
