Northwell Health is seeking a strategic and technically strong Epic EHR lead to drive configuration, optimization, and sustainment across the health system. The role requires mentoring teams, exercising judgement on high-impact decisions, and collaborating with leadership to shape the long-term Epic vision.

The ideal candidate holds an Epic Professional Billing Certification, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5–7 years of leadership experience within Epic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Epic certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and execution for Epic EHR configuration, optimization, and sustainment across the health system.
• Oversee complex projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
• Serve as the lead technical expert for assigned Epic modules and act as escalation point for critical challenges.
• Collaborate with Epic technical support and manage resolution efforts.
• Work with management to develop objectives and ensure system integrity, security and compliance.
• Set daily priorities and provide guidance to Epic analysts, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Mentor and train analysts in advanced technical skills and problem-solving approaches.
• Evaluate new processes and tools to enhance Epic performance and user experience.
• Perform related duties as required under ADA.
