Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years IT healthcare EHR experience.
• Epic Principal Trainer Certification within three months of hire.
• Learning course script development experience preferred.
• Proficiency with English language for instruction and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Epic training curriculum for assigned application(s).
• Develop eLearning modules and online learning tools with SMEs.
• Prepare training materials and set up training rooms.
• Deliver training sessions and answer participant questions.
• Collaborate with other trainers and co-facilitate classroom instruction.
• Coordinate with Analysts and leaders to reflect current workflows.
• Support system upgrades by updating training content.
• Travel between facilities to train staff as needed.
