Job summary

Washington Regional Medical System seeks an Applications Analyst – Epic Prelude to support patient access workflows, identity, registration, and related Prelude modules. You will partner with operational, revenue cycle, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant patient data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license is preferred.
• Epic Prelude certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred.
• 4–6 years of patient access, registration, revenue cycle, or healthcare applications experience with Epic build, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Prelude: patient identity, registration, demographics.
• Lead Prelude enhancements with patient access, scheduling, revenue cycle, and compliance teams.
• Oversee Prelude design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation.
• Coordinate interfaces with Cadence, Grand Central, Resolute, MyChart, and related systems.
• Mentor team members and ensure privacy, security, and governance standards.
