Job summary

iMethods seeks a senior Epic Patient Access Analyst with strong Prelude experience to support hospital-based scheduling and workflow build, including EMPA, RTE and Provider Platform. Must live in or relocate to Jacksonville, FL within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities include leveraging Epic Prelude certification to support enterprise workflows, applying Epic build expertise to optimize processes, and expanding Epic coverage across applications.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification and 5+ years of Epic Patient Access experience.
• Ability to work independently and own Epic build and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Jacksonville, FL within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Epic Prelude certification and strong patient access expertise to support enterprise patient access workflows and initiatives.
• Apply strong Epic build and configuration experience to optimize workflows and meet business and operational needs.
• Support responsibilities beyond the core Epic application area as opportunities arise.
• Demonstrate initiative in learning and supporting additional Epic applications and expanding technical expertise.
• Develop expertise in RTE and enterprise patient access workflows, with RTE experience preferred but not required.
• Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and system enhancements.
• Take ownership of complex initiatives and demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment while continuing to expand Epic expertise and organizational impact.
