Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst III to serve as a senior SME for Epic Prelude and related Patient Access applications. The role focuses on analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and optimization across patient registration, identity management, insurance eligibility, and admissions workflows while supporting Grand Central activities in patient movement and ADT processes.

The analyst will drive improvements in data integrity, system performance, and user experience

Qualifications

• Two+ years with EPIC or comparable health system software or two+ years scripting/programming experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Care or related field with 3+ years IT/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level support for enterprise systems and diagnose complex incidents to minimize downtime.
• Configure complex systems and perform maintenance, upgrades, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and long-term success of Epic Patient Access solutions.
• Develop and review documentation for system configurations and procedures.
