Job summary

e4health is seeking an experienced Epic Prelude Analyst to support Epic Prelude in a complex healthcare environment. You will focus on registration workflows, patient access, and Prelude configuration with emphasis on Estimates, E-Signature, and Letter Templates.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Prelude, collaborating with Revenue Cycle, HIM, and other teams, and driving process improvements for user experience and standardization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Epic Prelude experience in a healthcare environment.
• Active Epic Prelude certification is required and must be verifiable.
• Strong understanding of Epic Patient Access/Registration workflows and Prelude functionality.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Patient Estimates and E-Signature functionality.
• Experience with Epic Letter Templates and integration with Revenue Cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and design, build and support for Epic Prelude: registration, patient access, and workflows.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Prelude configuration challenges.
• Support and optimize Patient Estimates workflows and testing.
• Configure and support E-Signature in Prelude across registration and patient-facing processes.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Letter Templates and related correspondence.
• Collaborate with Epic teams across Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, HIM and other stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• Develop and execute test scripts; support end-to-end testing and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when needed; support system upgrades and new functionality.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials; ensure interoperability with downstream Epic applications.
