Job summary

Mediant Health Resources is seeking Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultants to design, implement, and optimize Epic Prelude solutions across patient access workflows. The role collaborates with patient access, revenue cycle, and operations teams to translate business needs into effective Epic configurations, while supporting system upgrades and go-lives.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification and hands-on experience in patient access workflows.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and optimizing Prelude functionality (registration, scheduling, eligibility, insurance verification).
• Ability to partner with patient access, revenue cycle and operational teams to translate business needs into Epic solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting issues, managing work queues and supporting system upgrades, enhancements and go-lives.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance and best practices across front-end revenue cycle processes.
