Job summary

Insight Global in Chicago is seeking an Operational and technical analyst to support Northwestern Medicine's PB Coding and Charge Capture functions, using Epic and Optum systems. You will keep day-to-day operations, manage Epic workqueues, onboard new providers, and coordinate system improvements with PB IT and Finance Revenue Integrity.

The role reports to PB System Integration Manager and offers ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in health care, business, or IT operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• EPIC PB Administrator certification or equivalent experience relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Review Epic workqueues to review charges and route to correct destinations.
• Set up new providers by completing onboarding workflows.
• Submit and track system requests and participate in system upgrades (e.g., Optum Claims Manager).
• Collaborate with Finance Revenue Integrity and PB IT to resolve issues.
• Generate daily reports using reporting tools and communicate with leadership.
