Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking an Epic Analyst to join the Clinical Information Systems team in Des Plaines, IL. You will configure PB coding applications, test changes, and support live sites while coordinating with revenue cycle, IT and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, designing enhancements, creating dashboards, and supporting system upgrades to improve accuracy, efficiency and reporting for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Healthcare field; related experience may substitute.
• Certification in EPIC PB (Professional Billing) required.
• Experience with process improvements and healthcare ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain knowledge of Epic PB functionality and workflows.
• Analyze workflows, data, and reports; partner with revenue cycle and IT.
• Submit and track system requests; support system upgrades and testing.
• Develop efficient workflows and dashboards; provide end-user training.
• Support live applications and on-call escalation; monitor tickets.
