• 2 years of experience in application support.
• Epic certification testing within TIMEFRAME policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with technical and end user groups to ensure applications meet organizational needs.
• Performs in-depth analysis of end user workflows, data collection, and report details relating to design and build decisions.
• Translates business/clinical functionality into system configuration and workflow.
• Prepares and executes test scripts for application testing, new release testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Documents test results, design changes, system problems, and procedures.
• Provides technical application support, triage, and troubleshooting for complex applications; monitors data quality and integrity; escalates issues as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of new technical concepts and healthcare applications.
• Assists with implementation and support of third-party systems.
