Responsibilities

Collaborates with internal and external technical and end-user groups to ensure applications meet clinical and business needs.
Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and technical issues for design and build decisions.
Translates business/clinical functionality into system configuration and workflows.
Prepares and executes test scripts for testing and user acceptance testing.
Documents test results, design changes, and system problems per standards.
Provides triage, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for complex applications; monitors data quality and integrity.
Assists with implementation and support of third-party systems.
Ensures integration of all application components with cross-functional systems.
