You will develop and understand business cases, manage requirements, and drive initiatives across Epic Grand Central, Clinical Case Management, WellSky Careport, Flight Vector, and related applications.

You will mentor team members, coordinate across IT and operations, and ensure projects deliver measurable benefits while aligning with enterprise goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 7 years of progressively responsible information systems experience.
• Remote locations available in IL, WI, NC, GA; fully remote options from listed states.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements.
• Coordinate portfolio/demand management and track project benefits.
• Mentor analysts and support staff on workflow enhancements and system integrations.
• Ensure projects meet design/quality standards and deliver expected outcomes.
