Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–4 years healthcare IT or Epic systems experience.
• Strong understanding of IT principles and system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, configures, tests, and oversees maintenance of clinical information systems with a focus in integrated multi-specialty ambulatory care.
• Provides end-user support remotely and in-person; monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves tickets; coordinates fixes with vendors and training.
• Creates test scripts, timelines, and plans for application changes; tests configurations and coordinates user testing.
• Collaborates with technical colleagues to identify infrastructure-related issues affecting clinical apps.
• Provides ongoing end-user support with upgrades, releases, and change management per ITIL processes.
