Job summary

Tech Firefly is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Lead to support its Epic implementation through the end of the year. This role serves as the technical lead for the Patient Access team, providing hands-on build expertise while mentoring newly certified analysts throughout the project. The role includes monthly travel for GLRAs and onsite support during the November go-live command center.

Location: 100% Remote. Pay Rate: $90/hour.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude and Cadence certifications required.
• Proven experience leading Patient Access implementations and build activities.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills.

• Lead Epic Patient Access build and configuration activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to newly certified Epic analysts.
• Support project planning, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Participate in monthly GLRAs and provide onsite command center support during the go-live.
