Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Enterprise Digital System Clinical Lead – Pathology to provide clinical informatics leadership for Epic Beaker and related pathology workflows across ambulatory and inpatient settings. This role oversees ordering, specimen collection, result management, and cross-setting diagnostics, integrating clinical care teams, lab operations, and external partners.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or equivalent clinical or laboratory leadership background.
• Active clinical licensure and practice.
• Experience in clinical informatics and workflow optimization.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of pathology and laboratory workflows.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, governance, and change management.
• Epic Beaker experience preferred; board certification in Clinical Informatics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Epic informatics lead for Clinical and Anatomic Pathology workflows across ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Align Epic solutions with clinical best practices, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead design, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end pathology workflows across sites.
• Partner with clinical teams, lab leadership, operations, and IT to implement scalable solutions.
• Drive governance, roadmap development, and change management for pathology informatics.
