The Enterprise Digital System Clinical Lead – Pathology provides clinical informatics leadership for Epic systems supporting laboratory (Beaker – AP/CP) and non-laboratory clinical workflows related to pathology across ambulatory and inpatient settings. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and standardized workflows across the full lifecycle of pathology services, including ordering, specimen collection, processing, result management, and downstream clinical workflows, spanning Epic Beaker and integrated Epic modules. The role includes ownership of highly variable and cross‑setting workflows, including ambulatory, inpatient, procedural, and specialty diagnostic pathways, requiring coordination across clinical care teams, laboratory operations, and external partners. This position is approximately 40% informatics effort, with the remainder dedicated to clinical, academic, or research responsibilities.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $150,000.00. At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
