Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis / product ownership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes: discrete or process manufacturing, production planning, shop floor control, quality management.
- Experience with ERP, MES, PLM integrations.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, goals, scope, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and high-level roadmap for epics.
- Lead cross-functional discovery with manufacturing stakeholders to capture needs and validate solutions.
- Decompose epics into features, capabilities, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and traceability.
- Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and align with product strategy and release plans.
- Drive planning and execution in Agile/SAFe environments — PI planning, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Liaise with product managers, solution architects, developers, QA, release managers, and business SMEs to ensure timely delivery.
