Job summary

Canopy A&D, based in California, seeks an ERP Data Analyst to support the Epicor ERP migration and ongoing data integrity in an aerospace-manufacturing environment.

You will develop BAQs, dashboards, and reports, partnering with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing to improve system utilization and enable data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Epicor data analysis and strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 3+ years of Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) data analysis in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory and labor tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).
• Experience developing BAQs, dashboards, and reports within Epicor.
• Must be a US person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epicor ERP data structures, ensuring alignment with workflows.
• Maintain data integrity across Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Engineering.
• Support ERP transactions including work orders, routings, BOMs, labor reporting, and costing.
• Investigate data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and automate BAQs, dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Provide operational, financial, and executive-level reporting.
• Analyze production metrics: scrap, rework, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, capacity, on-time delivery.
• Support audits and cross-functional data requests with documentation.
