Job summary

Canopy A&D is seeking an ERP Data Analyst to support the Epicor ERP migration in an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will maintain data integrity, develop BAQs, dashboards, and reports, and deliver actionable insights to operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Epicor data analysis in manufacturing, strong Excel, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP data solutions while ensuring AS9100/ITAR compliant

Qualifications

• Epicor ERP data analysis in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (WOs, BOMs, routings, inventory).
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience developing BAQs, dashboards and reports in Epicor.
• US person with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epicor ERP data structures and core processes.
• Maintain data integrity across Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Engineering.
• Support ERP transactions: work orders, routings, BOMs, labor, inventory movements, purchasing, costing.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies with root cause analysis.
• Develop and automate BAQs, dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Provide timely operational, financial, and executive reporting.
• Analyze production metrics: scrap, rework, labor, inventory, capacity, on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, and UAT; ensure compliance reporting.
• Document data standards, reporting logic, ERP workflows, procedures.
