Essentia Health is seeking a Healthcare Information Services professional to provide analysis and support for mid complexity projects and to maintain EHR applications affected by those projects. The role emphasizes liaison work among customers and support staff, ensuring timely and effective resolutions and aligning customer requirements with feasible options within the application.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s or associate degree with several years of information services/healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field
• OR Associates degree and 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
• OR 6 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
• Certification in Epic applications preferred
• Epic Inpatient Orders and Order Transmittal certification preferred
