Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking an Epic Orders Application Analyst I to maintain, optimize, and support Epic Orders workflows. The role partners with clinicians, operations, and IT teams to enhance system functionality and deliver reliable patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Epic Orders Certification and has experience supporting Epic Orders in a healthcare setting, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Active Epic Orders Certification required.
Experience supporting Epic Orders applications within a healthcare environment.
Knowledge of clinical workflows, order management processes, and Epic application support methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Orders applications and workflows.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, workflow, and system issues.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
Support order entry workflows and related clinical decision support functionality.
