Job summary

Polaris Advisors is seeking an experienced Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst to support a long-term managed services engagement for a United States healthcare organization.

The role includes production support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications to sustain stable performance and efficient perioperative workflows. Experience in production environments and operating room workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia apps.
• Troubleshoot issues, config defects, workflow interruptions, and errors.
• Support surgical scheduling and OR/anesthesia documentation workflows.
• Manage incidents and service requests per SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Support maintenance, config updates, testing, and releases.
• Identify improvements for stability and workflow efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst to support a long-term managed services engagement with a healthcare organization in the United States.

The selected candidate will provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications. This role is essential to maintaining stable application performance and supporting efficient surgical and perioperative workflows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia, a strong understanding of operating room and anesthesia workflows, and experience supporting clinical applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, configuration defects, workflow interruptions, and system errors.
• Support surgical scheduling, operating room management, case management, and anesthesia documentation workflows.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and application changes in accordance with established service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Support application maintenance, configuration updates, enhancements, testing, and release-related changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve application stability and clinical workflow efficiency.
