Job description

Operations support role involving triaging and incident resolution, interfacing with Epic & Rackspace technical support services.

• Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic, including maintenance of Claims and Provider data.

• Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI in accordance with Humana enterprise standards.
