Job summary
Ellit Group is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory MyChart Manager to lead the strategic direction, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Epic Ambulatory and MyChart platforms. This executive-level role oversees analysts, manages initiatives, and partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive provider efficiency and patient engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/healthcare administration.
- Minimum 5 years of Epic Ambulatory and/or MyChart experience.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare IT leadership experience.
- Active Epic Ambulatory Certification and Epic MyChart Certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic Ambulatory and MyChart teams, including hiring and performance management.
- Set strategic roadmaps for Ambulatory/MyChart initiatives.
- Collaborate with physician leaders and executives on workflow improvements.
- Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment of Epic solutions.
- Manage upgrades, optimizations, and regulatory compliance.
