Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is recruiting an Epic MyChart Application Architect to lead and mentor a team delivering MyChart solutions within a healthcare environment. You will translate stakeholder needs into robust workflows, build and test complex Epic components, and ensure services meet SLA commitments.

You will drive improvements in service delivery, collaborate with IT teams, and stay current with Epic releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related field.
Epic MyChart Certification is required.
Strong understanding of EHR systems, implementations, support methodologies, integrations, and third-party applications.
Experience leading teams or large projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead their assigned team or scope to ensure success of the contract or engagement.
Provide best-in-class customer service support for end users and stakeholders of the EHR system and train and oversee others on their team to provide the same level of service.
Aid in continuous improvement of service standards like ticket documentation.
Serve as a model for other analysts.
Perform design, build, and test application functions with minimal errors.
Translate complex requirements from stakeholders into workflows and build.
Complete complex build via incidents or requests.
Assess necessity of a request against current system functionality and value to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with new EHR functionalities and releases.
Provide strategy for the team to meet or exceed SLAs and avoid penalties.
Identify opportunities for business and scope expansion.
Collaborate with IT staff to integrate Epic with other systems.
Drive Root Cause Analysis to reduce maintenance.
Drive data analysis and reporting to support decisions.
Raise firm presence through social media and professional networks.
Mentor internal team members and clients.
Assist in scoping proposals with technical expertise.
