Job summary

Impact Advisors is seeking dynamic Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet/Compass Rose Application Architects to join our AMS team. You will lead your application area, mentor the team, and ensure delivery quality while consulting on upstream, downstream, and enterprise effects of changes within the system.

You will interact with client leaders, contribute to engagement strategy, and be accountable for engagement success. Travel up to 25% and a typical M-F schedule apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Epic implementations.
• Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings.
• Plan, budget, communicate issues and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead application management for Epic modules and mentor team.
• Consult on system changes with enterprise impact and interact with client leaders.
• Oversee the quality of work and contribute to engagement strategy and delivery.
• Ensure successful engagements and account for project risks.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
