Seattle Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support the Community Connect program and regional primary care clinics. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing Epic MyChart to enhance patient access, scheduling, secure messaging, and MyChart bill pay, with a strong emphasis on patient engagement within a community-driven model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, CS or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years with clinical, hospital, or financial applications experience.
• Proven project management skills, tools and methodologies.
• Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment (including 2 retakes).

Responsabilités

• Configure, maintain and optimize the Epic MyChart application for patient access and self-service features.
• Support Seattle Children’s Hospital and its primary care clinics within the Community Connect program.
• Lead committees, projects and activities related to Epic MyChart implementations.
