Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as a support contact for application end-users and resolves issues.
• Designs, develops, implements, and maintains the Epic MyChart application configuration.
• Supports all phases of testing and documents workflow design.
• Analyzes IT impact on clinical work processes and validates workflow impacts.
• Provides day-to-day application support and resolves service tickets.
• Collaborates with trainers on changes and new features to develop documentation and training strategies.
• Participates in on-call rotations and leadership meetings.
• Maintains communication with team members and participates in weekly project team meetings.
