Job summary

Powdr Corp.’s Snowbird Mountain School is seeking a dedicated Mountain School Operational Lead in Snowbird, UT. This full-time seasonal role supports daily lesson operations, instructor coordination, and guest services in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, enjoys working with children and adults, and maintains composure under pressure. Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, assisting on-hill instructors, and using

Qualifications

Experience in guest service, operations, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with scheduling systems and guest flow coordination is a plus.
Comfort working outdoors in winter conditions and with children and families.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Lesson Supervisors and Sales/Rentals to ensure smooth daily lesson operations.
Work with Resort Guest Services and Mountain Guides to support guest experiences.
Assist with program line-ups, group organization, and equipment distribution.
Maintain indoor/outdoor spaces and assist with lunch service logistics for children’s programs.
Assist instructors on the hill in challenging weather while staying calm and supportive.
Learn and use scheduling/tracking systems like Flaik and Workday.
