Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant with Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle experience to support implementation and optimization efforts for healthcare clients. You will work hands-on across front-end patient access through billing and collections, under the guidance of senior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle experience.
• Experience supporting revenue cycle end-to-end functions (billing, collections, denials).
• Experience in a consulting, analyst, or operational support capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and optimization of Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle applications.
• Participate in Epic and/or MEDITECH implementation or optimization projects.
• Assist with current-state workflow analysis and recommendations.
• Build, test, and validate Epic and MEDITECH functionality such as Patient Access, HIM, and Billing.
• Develop end-user training materials and sessions; document workflows and configurations.
• Collaborate with project team members, client stakeholders, and technical resources.
• Provide go-live support, issue tracking and resolution, and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best-practice documentation.
