Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant with Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle experience to support healthcare clients through implementation and optimization initiatives. You will participate hands-on across the revenue cycle—from patient access to billing and collections—under senior guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in Epic/MEDITECH revenue cycle, plus consulting or operational support background, and are willing to travel up to 50% as project needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle experience.
• Experience supporting revenue cycle across the end-to-end continuum, with emphasis on back-end operations (billing, collections, denials).
• Involvement in at least one Epic/MEDITECH implementation or major optimization effort.
• Experience in a consulting, analyst, or operational support capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and optimization of Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle applications across front-end, middle, and back-end functions.
• Participate in Epic and/or MEDITECH implementation or optimization projects as part of a project team.
• Assist with current-state workflow analysis and contribute to system-enabled improvement recommendations.
• Build, test, and validate Epic and/or MEDITECH functionality including Patient Access, HIM, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Resolute applications.
• Support development and delivery of end-user training materials and sessions.
• Document workflows, system configurations, and project artifacts.
