Job summary

Mediant Health Resources is seeking a Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultant for a 6-month engagement in the United States. The consultant will lead revenue cycle implementations and optimizations across front, mid, and back-end workflows, leveraging Epic and MEDITECH platforms.

The role requires hands-on MEDITECH and Epic revenue cycle experience, with the ability to design future-state solutions, configure and deploy applications, and support go-live readiness and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MEDITECH and Epic revenue cycle experience
• Experience with large-scale implementations or optimizations
• Ability to lead across front, mid, and back-end workflows
• Ability to train and support go-live readiness and stabilization

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle implementations and optimizations using Epic and/or MEDITECH across front, mid, and back-end workflows
• Analyze current-state processes and design system-enabled future-state solutions to improve performance
• Configure, test, and deploy Epic (e.g., Resolute HB) and/or MEDITECH (Expanse/Dream) applications and reporting
• Support training, go-live readiness, command center operations, and post-go-live stabilization
• Partner with client stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive outcomes
