Job summary

Sutter Health in Sacramento is seeking a qualified Lab IT Specialist to support and maintain Epic lab modules and related systems. You will act as the primary development contact for Epic areas and help configure the application to align with lab workflows.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 1 year of relevant experience, and Epic certification within six months of hire; benefits are provided and a 40-hour workweek Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Epic knowledge beyond the assigned team module.
• 1 year recent relevant experience.
• Must be very knowledgeable about policies, procedures and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Laboratory Systems such as Beaker, Sunquest/Clinisys Lab, Data Innovations.
• Serve as primary development contact for Epic modules and configure application areas.
