You will design, build, test, and maintain Epic configurations, provide Tier-2 support, develop requirements and test cases, and ensure scripts reflect workflows.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Epic System software.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic configurations and solutions.
• Provide Tier-2 support for Epic incidents and requests.
• Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and data related to Epic software.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic configurations and solutions.
• Provide Tier-2 support and 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
• Develop requirements, specifications, and test cases for new functionality.
• Ensure test scripts reflect workflow solutions and are kept up to date.
• Modify Epic records, tables, and master files as needed to support changes.
• Collaborate with SMEs and end users to tailor the system to organizational needs.
