The role requires strong IT leadership, regulatory knowledge, and Epic experience, with accountability for budgets, risk, and stakeholder relationships across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience.
• > 4 years of IT experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• > 4 years of IT operations experience; Epic experience preferred.
• > Epic certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• > Lead team communications and drive execution of strategic plans and IT solutions.
• > Manage clinical application portfolios, budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
• > Serve as Service Owner for assigned applications ensuring reliability and security.
• > Lead major IT initiatives including system implementations and cost optimization.
• > Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• > Oversee vendor management, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance reviews.
• > Develop staff through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• > Ensure regulatory compliance and capacity planning for services.
