UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Supervisor for the Epic IT Revenue Cycle team in Dallas to oversee analysts supporting Epic Resolute Hospital Billing. The role ensures workload planning, staff development, and timely delivery of project milestones, while providing technical oversight of HB workflow, configurations, testing, and ongoing support.

The position collaborates with Revenue Cycle Operations and other IT teams to align system changes with business needs, adhering to change control

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, math, or related field or HS diploma with extensive IT experience.
• 6–8 years of progressively responsible IT experience with Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with HS diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and participate in deployment of software applications or upgrades.
• Provide project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee testing of new applications and changes to ensure data integrity.
• Supervise and mentor junior Business Analysts; ensure proper training and performance.
• Develop procedures and policies for system administration and change control.
