Job summary

This role requires expertise in interface development, SQL data analysis, and healthcare IT, with Epic certification or the ability to attain it within a defined timeframe.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare IT, application support, systems integration, or Epic-related experience.
• 1 year of experience with systems analysis, interface troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation.
• 1 year of experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or large-scale healthcare projects (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with interface engines (Cloverleaf, Mirth Connect, Rhapsody) (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with SQL, data analysis, and database concepts (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with clinical, revenue cycle, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, or third-party system integrations (preferred).
• Epic certification or ability to attain Epic certification in assigned module(s) within defined timeframe (required / time to be determined).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support Epic Bridges interfaces and interoperability solutions.
• Serve as SME for healthcare data exchange and interface workflows, ensuring seamless communication between Epic and internal/external systems.
