Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks a senior HL7 and Epic Bridges specialist to join our healthcare IT team in the United States. You will develop HL7 interfaces, configure and optimize Ensemble as the HL7 engine, and ensure reliable, scalable message processing across systems.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HL7/v2 experience, hands-on Epic Bridges interface development, and a proven track record in production support within HIPAA-regulated environments. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HL7 v2.x development and production support in healthcare.
• 5+ years hands-on Epic Bridges interface development and support.
• Expert InterSystems Ensemble experience used as an HL7 engine.
• Experience with ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU messaging and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Understand healthcare workflows (lab, ADT, scheduling, registries, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication with non technical stakeholders.
• Experience in HIPAA regulated healthcare IT environments.
• Support 24x7 production/on call environments.
