Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with specialized information systems in a clinical healthcare environment or related training experience.
• Epic certification candidate preferred; certification within first 90 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for Epic applications to a diverse user audience.
• Organize and conduct moderately complex instructional programs; maintain training records and progress.
• Lead credentialed trainers in the application area and coordinate schedules and assessments.
