Mayo Clinic seeks a Lead IT Application Analyst for the Clinical Documentation Team. You will provide leadership, oversight of inpatient documentation, and partner with nursing, physicians, APPs, and Epic teams to ensure accurate provider data across inpatient workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise to drive data quality, standardize processes, and support ongoing system integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 6 years' experience including 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience OR bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience including 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience OR associate's degree and 10 years' experience including 3 years demonstrated leadership experience.
• Vendor application certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Documentation Team, providing day-to-day leadership and strategic direction.
• Drive data quality improvements, optimize workflows, and ensure reliable support of systems.
• Develop team capabilities and mentor staff across clinical and IT interfaces.
• Coordinate implementation efforts and manage projects across organizational boundaries.
