Job summary
North Shore Community Health (NSCH) seeks a Manager of Clinical Informatics and Patient Access to lead Epic EHR initiatives and a team of access providers across NSCH sites, including telehealth. The role reports to the CCIO and collaborates with the CMO to ensure high-quality, accessible care and innovative EHR support for primary care providers.
Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in nursing (NP) or PA program background, with Epic EHR experience and leadership in a community health
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing with NP certification or graduate of a certified PA program.
- Experience with Epic EHR and EHR optimization.
- Managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in community health care and patient access programs.
- Bilingual/bicultural abilities (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Epic EHR champion and lead Access / inbox management.
- Supervise Access Providers to meet patient access and productivity goals.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Access Providers and clinical staff.
- Monitor access metrics (no-shows, backlog) and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with CCIO/CMO and clinical leadership on innovation in care models.
