Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) in Seattle seeks a Clinical Informatics Manager to lead a team of informatics professionals serving clinicians, nurses, and operations through technology and workflow improvements. This role reports to the CIO and drives excellence in patient care via optimized systems.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of Clinical Informatics, Nursing Informatics, or Health IT teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Epic Ambulatory workflows (scheduling, registration, docs, orders, care coordination).
• Experience mentoring staff and managing clinical informatics projects.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Clinical Informaticists delivering end-user support.
• Drive Epic optimization initiatives to improve clinician efficiency and outcomes.
• Set high standards for customer service, accountability, and ownership.
• Partner with providers and leaders to identify workflow improvements and solutions.
• Oversee user engagement, training, upgrades, and change management.
