Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Director of Epic Implementation - Advisory Services to lead advisory projects, guide solution development, and drive delivery excellence. The role liaises with clients and consultants, supports pre‑sales scoping, and mentors a growing solutions team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Healthcare IT, 5+ years Epic implementation at a senior level, and strong leadership with a customer‑facing mindset. Expect travel and strategic impact within a dynamic service line.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Healthcare IT required; multiple EHRs preferred
• 5+ years Epic implementation experience at director/project management level
• Direct staff management experience preferred
• Epic certification preferred
• Direct Epic experience working for Epic preferred
• Strong leadership and project delivery oversight experience

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor solutions team staff; make hiring decisions
• Support service line performance and initiatives with Advisory Services leadership
• Ensure project success; manage client and consultant relationships; monitor progress and risks
• Escalate issues; perform services for clients as needed
• Support pre-sales scoping and design activities with sales and solutions teams
• Create thought leadership content (webcasts, white papers, blogs) to educate clients
• Stay current on healthcare IT trends, regulations, and Epic methodologies
• Oversee product development and refinement of offerings
• Educate clients and consultants on Strategic Solutions offerings
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and other corporate initiatives
