Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Director of Epic Implementation – Advisory Services to lead complex Epic projects, mentor staff, and drive service line growth. You will partner with leadership to ensure project success, manage client and consultant relationships, and contribute to pre-sales scoping and solution design.

The role requires extensive Epic experience, healthcare IT background, and strong stakeholder engagement across executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in Healthcare IT required; multiple EHRs preferred.
• Epic implementation experience required at director/project mgmt level.
• 3+ years direct staff management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Epic implementation advisory projects.
• Mentor and develop solutions staff; participate in hiring decisions.
• Partner with Advisory Services leadership to drive service line performance.
• Oversee project success: client/consultant relationships, status reviews, risk mitigation.
• Support pre-sales scoping and solution design with sales and solutions teams.
• Educate clients and consultants on Strategic Solutions offerings; lead knowledge sharing.
