Job summary

Navina seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead implementation and integration initiatives across health plans, providers, and value-based care programs. You will own planning, coordination, and on-time go-lives with Epic EMR and other EMR platforms, driving quality and stakeholder alignment.

You will bridge technical execution with structured project management, coordinating with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, implementation management, or program management roles.
• Experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder healthcare technology implementations (large health systems/hospitals).
• Hands-on experience with Epic EMR implementations and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Lead multi-stakeholder health system and hospital implementations with phased rollouts.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risk registers, and status reports for concurrent implementations.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks and resolve them before timelines are affected.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive communications.
