Job summary

Navina, a fast-growing clinical AI startup, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Implementation and Integration team. This high-impact role combines project delivery, technical integration, and healthcare operations to drive on-time, high-quality go-lives across health plans and provider organizations.

You will own planning and coordination, manage Epic EMR deployments, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and ensure data validation and interface activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project management, implementation management, or program management.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations in healthcare settings (required).
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing Epic EMR customers (required).
• Experience with health plan, provider, RAF scoring, or quality management programs.
• Background in health tech, healthcare SaaS, or payer/provider IT/operations (required).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Lead large, complex health system and hospital implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risk registers, and status reports.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve blockers, dependencies, and risks before they impact timelines.
• Coordinate Epic integration activities, data validation, interface testing, and environment configuration.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoff to ongoing account management.
