Job summary

The ideal candidate will administer Epic access controls, troubleshoot security issues, and assist with secure access solutions across the Epic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Identity & Access Management, Security Administration or healthcare IT.
• 2+ years supporting Epic Security and Access Management.
• Experience with Epic Security components and access controls.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, SSO, MFA and federation services.
• Experience with SailPoint or Saviynt and ServiceNow workflows.
• Proficient in user provisioning and access management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic security models, roles, profiles and access controls.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization and user access issues.
• Assist with privilege access management and reviews.
• Support IAM integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID and SSO.
• Troubleshoot API, HL7 and FHIR interfaces as needed.
• Participate in incident resolution and RCA activities.
• Support compliance and audit evidence collection.
